Our Ministry Goals
Through the active ministry of each member we will:
1. Bond our children, youth, and young adults to Jesus
through active
participation and leadership in church life,
dynamic programming, and our loving involvement in each young person's life.
2. Work to strengthen and enrich our members through educational
programming, training, and outreach.
3. Assess specific needs within our community and work to meet those needs by developing programs rooted in the gospel.

The Elmhurst Seventh-day Adventist Church is conveniently located near many
major highways. We are totally handicapped-accessible and the layout of
the church is on one level. We have excellent children's ministry, and a
warm and caring atmosphere which is known throughout the country. Come to
Elmhurst a visitor and you'll be family in no time.

So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’”
